Rush Orders
At Olive Mae Designs, we understand that sometimes you need your items sooner than our standard production time. We offer a rush order service for those urgent requests.
A rush fee will be applied to all orders requiring expedited production and delivery. The fee amount will vary depending on the complexity of the item and the desired turnaround time.

Custom Made Orders
All items from Olive Mae Designs are custom-made and crafted specifically to your order. Each item is created after the order is placed, ensuring every product is uniquely tailored to your specifications.
Design Approval: For custom designs, a design approval will be required before production begins. Please review the design carefully, as changes after approval may not be possible.
Revision Policy: Each order includes two complimentary design revisions. Any revisions beyond the initial two will be billed at a flat fee or prorated hourly rate based on time used.
Production Time: Production time varies depending on the complexity of your order. Most items are completed within 7-10 business days.

Return and Exchange Policy
At Olive Mae Designs, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any orders.
Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to approval and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unused condition.
Remakes: In the event of a defect or error on our part, we will gladly remake the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a remake.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, except in cases of defects or errors.
